Check-in is after 3:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM – If excessive noise is reported, you will be evicted immediately with no refund.
You must be 21 years or older to book and stay at our resort.
Unit Balance is due when you book your reservation.
All major credit cards or cash (no checks).
Pets are allowed in pool-side units only. Please clean up after your pets while on resort property.
All units are non-smoking. If smoke is detected in a room at check out, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
Boat slips are available for registered guests, availability is limited and must be requested at the time of booking.

Boat Ramp - For boats under 26' long. Ramp may not be available in peak season due to limited parking. PB2 the closest public ramp.

Kitchens are equipped with major appliances (minus dishwasher), cooking and eating utensils, plates, cookware, drinking glasses, coffee pots, and toaster.

Refunds will be honored, minus a $75.00 service charge, if placed 14 days prior to your arrival.
No refunds for cancellations under 14 days. Exceptions for documented medical reasons.
